30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every product we sell comes with an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. To start a guarantee return, follow the steps in the Returns section below.

Warranty

If your product fails	What we do
Within 1 year of purchase	Replaced free of charge.
After 1 year from purchase	May be replaced at retail price less a $100 discount.

Returns made more than 30 days after the purchase date require the customer to pay shipping charges.

Returns

Please include the following with any returned product:

• The original packaging, or equivalent protective packaging
• A copy of the original invoice
• A letter or email describing the reason for the return
