Every EZ-Tap, EZ-Tap Pro, and Versa-Tap is covered by a one-year replacement warranty. Here is how it works.
Warranty
| If your product fails | What we do |

| Within 1 year of purchase | Replaced free of charge. |
| After 1 year from purchase | May be replaced at retail price less a $100 discount. |
Returns made more than 30 days after the purchase date require the customer to pay shipping charges.
Returns
Please include the following with any returned product:
- The original packaging, or equivalent protective packaging
- A copy of the original invoice
- A letter or email describing the reason for the return
