Warranty
Products that fail within 1 year of purchase will be replaced free of charge. Products that fail later than 1 year from purchase date may be replaced at retail price less a $100 discount. The customer must pay shipping charges for all returns that occur more than 30 days from the purchase date.
Returns
Products should be returned in the original or equivalent packaging with a copy of the original invoice and a letter or email describing the reason for the return. Returns should be shipped to:
